Hotel and travel arrangements

Hotels
The cut off date has now passed, however rooms may still be available. Hotels may no longer offer our special contracted rates to IPC guests for available rooms. Hotels may offer rooms based on the current available rates. Click here for hotels. The iNEMI staff will be staying at the Tropicana Las Vegas.

Shuttle
Shuttles are available at the airport with drop offs at all the major strip hotels. Mandalay Bay is usually the first or last drop off. Shuttles generally cost $5–$7 per person.

“Come Ride the Train” Excalibur-Luxor-Mandalay Bay Tram
Hop this free tram, which runs between the Excalibur, Luxor and Mandalay Bay hotels. The northbound tram starts at Mandalay Bay, stops at the Luxor and ends at the Excalibur. The shuttle runs every three to seven minutes.

Cabs
Cabs are readily available and are not too expensive, but only accept cash.

Public Transportation
A one-way bus fare on the Strip costs $2, and slightly less in the rest of the city. Buses on the Strip run 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
