ZHU Jian, Chair, iNEMI China Steering Committee
ZHU Jian is the Director of PBA Manufacturing Department of Alcatel Shanghai Bell, where he is responsible for providing total solutions on PBA manufacturing services for IPL. ZHU's more than 18 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry includes plant operation, new product introduction, manufacture engineering, test development, investment strategy, and production cost control.
He has successfully helped with technology transfer from the U.S. and Europe to China, resulting in the production of new products. ZHU also was instrumental in the introduction of new management methods to the manufacturing and logistics industries, including 5S, Lean Six Sigma and Manufacturing Execution System.
In addition to his involvement with iNEMI, ZHU is a Senior Vice President of SMTA China. He received his Master of Business Administration from Australia La Trobe University.
